Check-in questions for your team
A well-designed check-in can set the tone for a productive team conversation. A poorly chosen one can drain energy before the discussion has even begun. The questions that follow are designed to help you create focus, presence, and connection at the start of a session. Used well, they encourage participation, surface what matters, and set the conditions for more meaningful dialogue.
